Having personal training with Mandi really was a breath of fresh air. She just gets you! In terms of what is needed to achieve your goals but also any ‘brain barriers’. Ive always cheat eated!
In other words dieted and then had a blow out at weekends. Mandi didn’t say I was wrong, or couldn’t nor stopped me from eating my favourite foods. But within no time at all- she got me- and I found myself not wanting to eat the rubbish, I began to take pride in who I am and make the right choices, I couldn’t have done that without her help.
